Josh Larsen is the founder of Blue Fox Marketing, a Nashville-based digital marketing agency built exclusively for home-service contractors. He holds an MBA and has spent more than a decade working inside the industries his clients operate in.

Josh's path into contractor marketing started with real ownership. He built and ran his own landscaping company, so he knows what it feels like when the phone is quiet, the crew is idle, and every marketing dollar has to pull its weight. He later worked internally at an asphalt company, where he saw firsthand how seasonal demand, route density, and local reputation shape a contractor's bottom line.

Today, Josh leads strategy for contractors across a wide range of trades: tree removal, garage floor coating, garage door repair, junk removal, asphalt, handyman, restoration, custom home builders, and electrical businesses. That breadth matters. A roofer's season looks nothing like a plumber's, and a foundation repair lead is nothing like a junk removal lead. Josh builds campaigns around those differences instead of forcing every trade through the same playbook.
